We're excited to offer a career opportunity as an Assistive Care Assistant at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you'll be working closely with individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities, providing daily support and assistance with daily living tasks. Your calm and caring nature will help you thrive in challenging situations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing daily support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
• Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
• Maintaining accurate records of care plans and progress
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care

We're looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, proactive, and able to handle behaviors that others might find difficult. A valid full UK manual driving license is preferred, but not essential. If you're comfortable driving alternative vehicles, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Information
• Estimated salary: £12.00 per hour (£23,400 pro-rata per year)
• Additional £50 per sleep-in shift
