About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team at Lily Residential Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the child and their family to ensure their unique needs are met.
  • Support children and young people in their daily activities, including education, leisure, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience in a children's home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-in shifts, to ensure round-the-clock support.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
