Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Reading
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 9 day working fortnight – Week 1 Monday to Friday / Week 2 Monday to Thursday

Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain complex Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, associated controls, and related equipment within the designated area of the AC department. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining diverse types of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment under company contracts, executing installation works, conducting site surveys and inspections, and attending shift working when required.

Responsibilities:
• Service and maintain air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Execute installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Conduct site surveys and inspections
• Attend shift working when required
• Attend training programmes
• Carry out 24/7 standby duties as per the roster or when issues arise

Person Specification:
• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration / Air-Conditioning
• Demonstrate experience in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry as a service mechanic or technician
• Sound knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
