As a Senior Service Architect for Lifecycle Services at Computacenter, you will be a subject matter expert in all areas of lifecycle and supporting services enabling technologies and tooling. You will apply your experience and knowledge of services elements, delivery methodologies, supporting and enabling technologies, risks, and dependencies to create lifecycle services solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the services pre-sales team to develop solutions and designs (technical, operational, commercial).
- Assess and clarify customer requirements as part of services pursuits.
- Map customer requirements against Computacenter existing capabilities and service offerings.
- Evaluate services requirements outside of Computacenter existing capabilities and design custom solutions.
- Develop innovative and cost-efficient end-to-end solutions and service designs (technical, operational, commercial).
- Support the Lead Deal Architect and Sales Specialist in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective delivery of assignments using Computacenter's best practice methodologies and tools.
- Detailed knowledge in the area of lifecycle and supporting services and enabling technologies and tooling.
- Good knowledge of cross-functional services (governance, service management, ITIL, etc.).
- 5+ years' experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent commercial and customer-facing capability in a business-focused IT environment.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
