We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at CV Library in Kettering. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing of components into high-quality finished products using advanced CNC machinery and woodworking equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating machinery, including CNC machines, polishers, sanding machines, drills, and hand tools. Full training will be provided on our bespoke CNC machine, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and work collaboratively with the team.

This role involves accurately applying instructions from work orders and bills of materials to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate stock counts, investigating variances, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,500 per annum, plus shift allowance, reflecting the demands of the position and the excellent location.
