Job Title: Children's Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Care Manager to join our team at Oseq Childcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Children's Homes Regulations
  • Participate in the on-call roster to provide support and guidance to the team
  • Contribute to the development of our care services and policies
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or working towards
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in residential childcare
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and care standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
