Job Title: Children's Team Leader Nights

Valicity Care Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Team Leader Nights to join our team at Shiloh House, a specialist 4-bed residential home for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role:

As a Children's Team Leader Nights, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated care team, ensuring the highest standards of care for the children in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and OFSTED standards. You will play a key role in overseeing care plans, supervising staff, and promoting a positive, safe environment for the young people in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of residential support workers, ensuring high-quality care for children with EBD.
  • Monitor and implement care plans, working closely with children to support their emotional, social, and educational development.
  • Promote safeguarding and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Act as a key worker for individual children, ensuring their care needs are met.
  • Develop positive relationships with young people, offering them support and guidance in a therapeutic environment.
  • Oversee staff training, development, and supervision to maintain a high standard of care.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a children's residential setting, ideally with children with EBD.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
  • Full driving licence (essential).
