About Us

Careers in Design is a leading manufacturer of bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and specialist joinery work. Our state-of-the-art workshop is equipped with traditional cabinet making, veneering, carving, and gilding skills complemented by modern design, manufacturing, and finishing techniques.

We are currently seeking a Cabinet Making Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new furniture products, collaborating with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes, and utilizing CAD software to create precise 2D and 3D designs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new furniture products
  • Collaborating with the production team to enhance manufacturing efficiency
  • Utilizing CAD software to produce accurate designs

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CAD software. They should also possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
