Join Our Team as a Relief Pharmacist

We are looking for a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Relief Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering Pharmacy Services: Provide professional pharmacy services, including dispensing medicine, listening, and offering expert advice and reassurance.
  2. Accountability: Be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Team Development: Build the pharmacy capability of store teams, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular reviews through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  1. A professional, caring character, demonstrating a true desire to help others.
  2. Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  3. High levels of professional expertise, respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  4. Patient-centric approach, passionate about community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers.
  5. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
