Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Strategist to lead the financial planning and analysis department, ensuring effective strategic planning, financial forecasting, and reporting within the Not For Profit sector.

The role is based in Oxford (high flexibility) and requires robust accounting & finance knowledge and leadership skills.

Our client is a well-respected institution, committed to advancing world-class education. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Chartered Accountancy qualification, and proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Design and implement robust financial models for forecasting and analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Liaise with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements:

  • A competitive salary range of £54,000 - £66,000 per year.
