Trace - Expert Accountancy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Strategist to join our client, a leading arts organisation based in London.

We are offering a salary of £40,000 per annum for this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, analysing financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare financial statements, manage inter-company transactions, and support grant reporting.
  • Monitor liquidity, oversee investments, and manage banking relationships.
  • Implement controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate management information.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support across departments.
Requirements
  • Chartered accountant or a degree in finance/accounting; Part-qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including preparing financial reports.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables), and effective organisational abilities.
  • Collaborative, influential, and able to communicate complex information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
