Frasers Group, a leading global retailer, is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating supplier and business partnership contracts across the company's various businesses.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and a deep understanding of the retail industry. They will work closely with the e-commerce team to provide legal guidance on digital marketing and website operations.

  • Review and negotiate supplier and business partnership contracts
  • Provide legal guidance on digital marketing and website operations
  • Support the e-commerce team on commercial disputes and litigation
Requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and excellent communication skills.

  • Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
