Commercial Lawyer

Frasers Group is a dynamic and fast-paced organization, seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its team. This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts across various areas of the business, including commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, e-commerce, franchising, licensing, IT & technology, outsourcing, and finance.

You will work closely with senior members of the legal team, supervising junior members and assisting with larger M&A work as required. Your expertise in contract negotiation and ability to provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice will be invaluable assets to the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within commercial contract negotiation and be able to hit the ground running using their expertise in this sector. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with those at all levels of an organization are essential.
