Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile daily bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and manage short-term cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions
Ensure debtors and creditors are accurately recorded and reconciled in Xero
Generate payment runs for approval by the Head of Finance

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and Xero
