Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing support to staff, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Budget Management: Oversee and manage the office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
  • Staff Support: Address staff issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Office Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all staff have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Office Supplies and Maintenance: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, and handle maintenance issues and liaise with service providers to ensure that the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and conducting orientations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with email scheduling tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
