Client Management Accountant

Exactitude Resourcing Limited is seeking a skilled Client Management Accountant to join their team. As a Client Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to clients, working closely with the client management accounting team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and support.
  • Process client supplier invoices through Dext and reconcile client bank accounts using their accounts software.
  • Work with the team to keep client accounts up-to-date, ensuring they have access to accurate and timely financial information.
  • Process client bank payments through payment software and utilize cloud-based software such as Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and collaborative service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Excellent bookkeeping knowledge and expertise.
  • VAT knowledge and experience in an accountancy practice or industry.
  • Working towards ACCA qualification (or similar) is desirable.
  • A passion for new technologies and a desire to learn new software solutions.
  • A positive collaborative team working approach and a passion for making a difference to clients and the outsourcing team.
