Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address clients' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 4-5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
  • Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
