Key Responsibilities
The Compensation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining market data, participating in pay and benefits surveys, delivering annual reward calendar activities, and assessing data to prepare reports for the Remuneration Committee and People Committee. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to provide comprehensive internal and external benchmarking of salary data and employee benefits. Your primary goal is to support the continued development of AJ Bell's approach to reward for all employees.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is up to £63K per annum, accompanied by a discretionary annual bonus of 10% based on personal and company performance. The generous holiday allowance starts at 27 days, increasing to 31 days with service, plus bank holidays. You will be entitled to a contributory pension scheme, BAYE scheme, free shares scheme, enhanced maternity/paternity scheme, season ticket and bike loans, Health Cash Plan, EAP, on-site gym, and personal trainer-led classes.
