Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities of the Exe Estuary Partnership and the Devon Maritime Forum, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Represent the Council on strategic coastal and marine groups and partnerships, promoting the Council's interests and priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and other organizations.
  • Organize and lead forums and educational events, promoting awareness and understanding of coastal and marine issues.
  • Establish new funding opportunities, identifying and securing resources to support the Council's coastal and marine initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on habitat regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
