The Role

You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver systems for the UK's national deterrent platform, the Dreadnought class submarine. Drawing on your experience managing programmes, you will support the delivery of large and technically complex equipment/system contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a large team, prioritizing to meet delivery commitments and financial goals.
  • Attend senior stakeholder meetings with Babcock leadership, Commercial, and MoD customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the program team.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables.

Essential Experience

  • Strong Project and Programme Management knowledge.
  • Experienced in delivering complex programmes.

Qualifications

  • You will ideally hold a project management qualification such as APM PMQ, ChPP or equivalent.
