The Upper Deck Bar & Grill, a renowned establishment in the culinary scene, is seeking a skilled Fine Dining Server to join their team.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with our guests and providing expert knowledge on our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our Rosette Journey by consistently providing high-quality service.
  • Ensure timely arrivals and readiness to work scheduled shifts.
  • Follow established steps of service protocols.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, including descriptions and ingredients.
  • Cultivate sales by effectively promoting menu items.
  • Deliver beverages and food efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and delighting guests.
  • Maintain fully stocked service stations at all times.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and patrons alike.
  • Contribute to maintaining a pristine, well-organized dining area.
  • Assist supervisors in executing tasks as assigned.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
