Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a team in a state-of-the-art facility near Brecon. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing large teams and upholding evidence-based practice. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £65,000, a lucrative annual bonus scheme, and 35 days of annual leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of care within the home, including budgeting, staffing, and maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations. You will utilise your clinical background and active NMC Pin to deliver high-quality care and support residents. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry, and multi-task effectively to improve care quality.
