Site Operations Manager

Ross-shire Engineering Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Water Technologies & Modular Build team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of trade operatives and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the work meets the required standards, and identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of site progress and any issues that may arise.
- Qualifications: Time-served and fully qualified in a relevant trade, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in construction management and health and safety.
- Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Confined Space, and CSCS.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
