Job Summary:

RSE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Water Technologies & Modular Build team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all RSE activities on site, ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with specifications and relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for controlling and managing all RSE activities on site, including sub-contractor activities.
  • Ensure all works are performed in accordance with specifications and relevant safety standards.
  • Instruct, direct, control, and allocate work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices.
  • Ensure all activities undertaken on site comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management requirements.
  • Ensure all required documentation is kept up to date, filed correctly, and available for inspection.
  • Liaise with trades operatives and contractors on a day-to-day basis.
  • Update the Project Manager with contract progress and future resource requirements.

Requirements:

  • Time served and fully qualified in a relevant Electrical or Mechanical trade – City & Guilds, MA, or equivalent.
  • Experience within the water sector is highly advantageous; other industrial sectors will be considered.
  • SMSTS, Confined Space, CSCS, and Full UK Driving Licence.
