Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the Bromborough branch. As a quiet branch with a high street setting, you will have the opportunity to provide a variety of services while working with an experienced team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. We also offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, option to buy/sell up to 5 days' holiday per year, GPhC fees paid, performance-related bonus of up to £5000 per year, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing medication counselling and support to patients.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Conducting medication reviews and ensuring safe and effective medication management.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and managing pharmacy inventory.
  • Providing immunization services (where applicable).
  • Offering advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
  • Participating in health promotion and public health initiatives.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
  • A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving.
