At Gads Hill Center, we are seeking an experienced Programs Lead for our Home Visiting initiatives. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our programs.
Description
The Programs Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Home Visiting programs, including staff supervision, program development, and community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Home Visiting programs
- Supervise and support a team of staff members
- Collaborate with community partners to advance the goals of our programs
- Develop and manage program budgets
Requirements
