Job Title: Global Franchise and Retail Marketing Manager

At NBCUniversal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Franchise and Retail Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing franchise and retail marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute franchise marketing strategies that leverage NBCUniversal's entertainment content to build a sustainable business
  • Collaborate with Regional Category Leads to ensure Franchise/Retail Strategy is a core part of the Partner Strategic plan
  • Develop and execute Regional partner territory specific franchise marketing activations to support UP&E while creating demand value and awareness
  • Partner with Franchise Management (Global and EMEA) to guide implementation of franchise strategies and Regional needs
  • Manage events such as partner summits and key partner meetings/studio swings

Requirements:

  • Strong brand marketing experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering growth
  • Extensive experience with retail/trade marketing, promotions or packaged goods experience with significant experience creating large scale programs
  • Deep knowledge of retail business including retail marketing tactics, promotional partners/packaged goods and consumer products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
