About the RoleWe're looking for a Project Manager (Infrastructure) to join our London & South infrastructure team. As a Project Manager, you'll lead a team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects. This role involves providing client-side project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects within collaborative delivery teams.
- Client-side project management, including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management.
- Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for quality, cost, and time.
- Support and manage the project team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements.
- Actively manage subcontractors and resources remote from the core project team.
- Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Experience of working in the Built Environment and demonstrated experience of all aspects of Infrastructure Project Management.
- Experience of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
- Highly motivated with a growing industry network.
- Relationship building skills - ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders as well as an ability to build and maintain networks of business contacts.
- Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilize current digital tools.
