Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our financial management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Care Groups and driving financial sustainability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans to support the Trust's operational priorities.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to support budget setting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance managers to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical specialties to ensure effective financial decision-making.
  • Support the development of budget holders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver their commitments.

Requirements
  • CCAB part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
