Support Worker - Nights

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker - Nights. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently within their own homes and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with medication administration and meal preparation.
  • Support clients to access the local community, including shopping, activities, and trips.
  • Assist with day-to-day household duties and support clients with any other daily routines.
