Support Worker - Nights

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker - Nights. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently within their own homes and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication administration and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients to access the local community, including shopping, activities, and trips
  • Assisting with day-to-day household duties and supporting clients with their daily routines
