Job Title: Senior Health Care Assistant

About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at Brook View care home in Liverpool. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, as well as mentoring and supervising junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily activities
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for residents
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in health and social care (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a care setting (preferably in a senior role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
