Job Title: Children's Homecare Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Homecare Worker in Chester. As part of Independent Community Care Management Limited, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £12,500 - £13,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
  2. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and enhance your skills
  3. Ensuring the highest standards of care and adhering to company policies and procedures
