Job Description

QA Limited is seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Planning Analyst to join our expanding finance function based in Leeds. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the performance of the QA group.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Forecasting and Planning: Responsibility for collating Group forecasting, scenario planning, and budgeting to support strategic initiatives.
  2. Financial Modeling: Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of all planning, including 3-year plans, annual budget processes, and regular reforecast cycles.
  3. Financial Analysis: Responsibility for delivering central cost centre forecasting, scenario planning, and budgeting, as well as insightful and action-oriented analysis of central cost centre performance.
  4. Financial Planning: Responsibility for maintenance and development of complex 5-year plan financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in an FP&A role.
  2. Excellent financial modeling capability.
  3. Ability to read and understand VBA coding is desirable.
  4. Outcome-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
  5. Budget preparation and forecasting.
  6. Business insights and analysis.
