Main Duties
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing emails, and coordinating meetings

You will need to have excellent communication skills, a supportive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (C or above) is required, along with experience in a similar role within the NHS. We offer a competitive salary of £23,615 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements and ongoing training opportunities.
