Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Midwife to join our team at the Wales Medicines Strategy Group. As a Regional Digital Midwife, you will play a key role in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic and operational development of the regional work programme, specifically in relation to the roll out of the maternity digital & data agenda.
  • Develop and implement a regional maternity dashboard and monitoring framework that aligns to the Three Year Delivery Plan for Maternity & Neonatal Services and Perinatal Quality Surveillance Framework.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Current knowledge of healthcare policy relating to digital maternity and experience of facilitating implementation.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, via PG Diploma or equivalent or training/special knowledge or experience to Masters level.
