Technical Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Design Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical compliance on 1-2 projects comprising 50-100 units at any time.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage project technical risk registers to identify and mitigate technical and compliance risks.
- Prepare project specifications and Contractor's Proposals to ensure clarity and conciseness.
- Establish the design programme and information release schedule to meet project deadlines.
- Co-ordinate designer outputs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Review and approve design submissions to ensure compliance with regulations.
Salary: £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Design Manager with a residential contractor.
- Specific experience through the entire project cycle on projects between 4 and 10 storeys in height and between 20 and 100 units.
- Excellent understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements, including Building Regulations and NHBC.
