Chief Data Officer

Wyatt Partners is seeking a visionary Chief Data Officer to spearhead the company's data-centric transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise data management strategy, fostering a data-driven culture, and leveraging data as a business asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data management framework to ensure data quality and compliance with relevant laws and directives.
  • Lead the development of a data architecture framework to support business decision-making.
  • Build and manage a high-performing data team, hiring top talent and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business processes and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading data management and/or data analytics practices within an enterprise organization.
  • Experience in developing a data management framework and data architecture within an enterprise organization.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and hiring top talent.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
