About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Data Analytics Officer to join our team at Devonshire Hayes Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accelerate AI Adoption: You will be responsible for enabling the safe adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across our organization. This will involve accelerating the development and deployment of AI features within our existing products and services.
  2. Understand Evolving Business Needs: As a business-facing role, you will work closely with our staff to understand their evolving needs and develop solutions that align with these needs. This will involve collaborating with our Data and Technology teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Develop Training Materials and Guidelines: You will lead the production of training materials and guidelines for safe and appropriate AI and data usage by our staff. This will ensure that our staff have the knowledge and skills needed to harness data effectively and make informed decisions.
  4. Develop a Strategic Roadmap: Collaborating with our senior leadership team, you will set a roadmap for transformation initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence and Data Improvement. This will involve working closely with our Chief Data & AI Officer, Head of Data Governance, and Head of Data Science to develop a comprehensive strategy for driving business growth and success.
  5. Drive Delivery and Implementation: You will work closely with our Senior Data Business Partner and Technology application teams to drive the implementation of AI and data capabilities across our organization. This will involve bridging the gap between strategy and execution to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong pedigree in Data & AI and its adoption at Enterprise scale
  • Ability to explain the capabilities of Data and AI to staff and emphasize their value across various use cases
  • Experience in developing Machine Learning and AI models
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and staff across the organization
