Care Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Delivery Specialist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care in a rapidly changing environment.
About the Role
- To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines.
- To work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Care certificate achieved or equivalent.
- Evidence of completed competencies as part of a professional portfolio.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments, and access to a range of NHS discounts.
