**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Fund Accountant to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. as a Financial Reporting Specialist. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review AUM reports, including P&L tracking analysis between Fund and Managed Accounts.
  • Conduct pre and post risk monitoring on equity trade activities to ensure all order executions and other trade-related data complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate monthly NAV reconciliations with Fund and SMA administrators.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements in conjunction with the Fund administrator.
  • Manage treasury operations, including monitoring movement of cash balances into and between accounts.
  • Review investor tax calculations.
  • Liaise with professional advisors, including auditors and tax advisors, and other professional consultants.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Private Credit and Private Equity Funds.
  • ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified, or part qualified with a strong numeric background.
  • Strong Excel skills with VBA coding knowledge, or similar coding language preferred.
