Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator

Think PS is a leading housing association in Staffordshire, dedicated to providing excellent services to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled Planned Repairs Trades Supervisor to join our team on a temporary contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of trades operatives and other designated staff to deliver an outstanding right-first-time service to our customers.
Salary: £44,800 per annum (equivalent to £22-£24 per hour), depending on skill set and qualifications + company van supplied.
Job Description:
As a Planned Repairs Trades Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a flexible, productive, coordinated, and efficient kitchen installation service is provided to our customers. This will involve supervising a team of trades operatives and other designated staff to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of multi-skilled in-house training with either an additional nationally recognized trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification
- Practical and proven working experience of multiple trades and experience in kitchen fitting
- Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards, and codes of practice
- Ability to drive
- Good customer care skills
- Effective leader and team player
