About the Role
This client-facing position supports Client Managers in delivering consultancy services for flexible benefit schemes using WTW's proprietary benefit enrollment technology. This varied role is integral to the design, implementation, and renewal of services to meet the client's requirements and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and capture client requirements, including system testing, communication drafting, data preparation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams to document client benefit design and requirements.
- Determine client communication needs and draft materials such as benefit guides.
- Prepare and manage data for benefit selections and implementation.
- Analyze engagement and benefit take-up statistics.
- Define and implement test strategies for system functionality.
- Resolve issues with the System Configuration team and handle client feedback.
Client Management Support
- Act as the contact for design queries and escalate as needed.
- Support project kick-off, planning meetings, and scope documentation.
Internal Support
- Share knowledge and identify process improvements within the Design Consulting team.
- Assist with other projects and support revenue growth.
Requirements
- Provide efficient and professional service delivery to meet client needs and promote the WTW brand.
- Develop strong knowledge of the UK benefits market and the client's flexible benefits scheme design and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and build excellent client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams within the Health and Benefits line of business and the wider organization.
