Employee Benefits Consultant

At Alexander Lloyd, we are excited to partner with a leading Employee Benefits & Pensions Consultancy that has undergone significant positive change recently and is eager to continue this growth trajectory into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients across Healthcare and Group Risk
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients outside of the renewal cycle, focusing on their business, people, and benefits challenges
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to identify opportunities for account growth

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in managing and consulting clients on Healthcare and Group Risk benefits
  • Ability to effectively retain clients and meet retention targets
  • Background in a consultancy environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of attending our London office twice a month.
