Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate daily service reports, conference calls, and utilize various internal and external IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Process customer invoices and input data into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to queries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Produce key performance indicators (KPIs) and daily statistics to inform business decisions.
- Investigate and resolve stock issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the vehicle maintenance team to plan vehicle servicing and defect repairs.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of £24,000pa to £26,000pa, depending on experience.
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours from 06:00hrs to 15:00hrs.
