Job Title: Delivery Associate

Stellar Logistics Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across Rochdale and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a van on a rotational basis, 7 days a week, with daily multi-drops and return to our Rochdale base.
  • Enjoy pre-sequenced and pre-mapped routes – no sortation required.
  • Collect parcels and deliver them to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work 8 to 9-hour routes, with opportunities for career development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months commercial van driving experience for Multi-Drop Delivery preferred with similar courier companies.
  • Full UK driving license – Clean (6 points max) and no DR endorsements.
  • Willingness to undergo a disclosure background check and drug/alcohol testing.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, excellent attendance, safety, and work record.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking clear English.
  • Capable of manual handling, lifting/pushing up to 23kgs.
  • Consistent ability to complete jobs within allotted time schedules.
  • Self-motivated and able to work at a pace without direct supervision.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay with a bonus scale.
  • Starting rate: £108.00 - £130.00 per day.
  • 5/6 days out of a 7-day week, including weekends.
  • Paid training and weekly pay.
  • Van provided with full insurance, equipment, and fuel card.
  • Performance-based bonuses (£7 to £24 per day).
