Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver

E & M LOGISTICS LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and self-employed delivery associate to join our team in delivering small and medium parcels to our customers across Rochdale and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a van to transport parcels, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Manage daily routes and schedules to ensure optimal delivery times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months commercial van driving experience for Multi-Drop Delivery.
  • 21 years old and above.
  • Full UK driving License – Held for minimum 1 year - Clean (6 points max) and no DR – driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or IN - uninsured code endorsements.
  • Willing to provide disclosure background check & drug/alcohol testing.
  • Excellent attendance, safety, and work record.
  • Able to read, write and comprehend/speaks clear English.
  • This role requires some manual handling. Able to lift/push up to 23kgs.
  • Able to complete jobs within allotted time schedules consistently.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work at a pace without direct supervision.
