Childcare Learning Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Learning Assistant to join our team at Hadland Care Group. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality childcare and early year’s education for children aged 0-5 years.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the care and education of young children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Years Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent
  • Clear DBS check
  • Previous experience in caring for/working with children aged 0-5 years
