Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team at Greylees Sleaford. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to service users with their daily living needs, including personal care and domestic tasks
  • Assisting service users with medication and healthcare needs
  • Supporting service users to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to provide a comprehensive support package

What We Offer:

  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
  • Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 40% of your earnings
