We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including employment law and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Manage employee data, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
